Matcha Mousse by Damian Serrano

  1. This is a really great idea for a blog. I love matcha and it's great seeing such creative use of it.

    I live in Japan and it's not uncommon to find cakes and western sweets that use matcha - most of them are great. You may want to try adding anko (sweet red bean paste) to some recipes. It's a very common ingredient in Japanese desserts and goes great with matcha.

I also love it. Matcha is nothing common here but I am sure that in the future there will be a lot of Matcha lovers like us!
