Delicooks with Matcha

Green Tea & White Chocolate Jelly

Today we open a new section called "Matcha Blogs" which will include information about Matcha

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of Matcha Green Tea
200g white chocolate
1 sheet gelatine
50g of sugar
Red Currants
Raspberries
Method:
  1. Bring a third of the cream and green tea to the boil until the tea is well dissolved
  2. Remove from heat and add the chocolate and hydrated gelatine
  3. Mix well until smooth
  4. Whip the rest of the cream and gently fold into the mixture
  5. Pour into glasses and refrigerate for about six hours
  6. Serve with currants and raspberries
