Bite-Sized Hojicha Chocolates
When we do Japanese green tea workshops in Europe, we sometimes prepare these chocolates. People discover this new flavor Hojicha 焙じ茶, roasted green tea, and people really love it. The combination of Hojicha and Genmai gives toasted flavor and very pleasant aromatic smell.
Hojicha is Japanese green tea roasted over high heat. It is a tea with low level in caffeine. Hojicha Powder is fine Hojicha brown powder with a delicious toasted aroma. Its texture allows to combine it well with other ingredients in the production of sweets.
Genmai is toasted glutinous brown rice to prepare Genmaicha, but it is also used for cooking.

Ingredientes:
180g White Chocolate (Nestles Postres)
8g of Hojicha powder
10g of Genmai
1 pinch of salt
(silicon mold for chocoaltes)
Preparation:
1. Heat white chocolate (previously cut) in the microwave.
2. Once the chocolate melts, add Hojicha powder and salt. Mix it well.
3. Pour chocolate into the mold.
4. Add Genmai.
5. Cool it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.
