Green Tea Matcha Sangria

One of the most attractive summer drink of Spain is Sangría. This is a more special Sangría made with cava and Japanese green tea Matcha. Light, refreshing and a wonderful mix of fruit, cava's bubbles and Matcha's elegant flavour. It is quick to make. It is an easy perfect cocktail for a large summer party!

フルーツと赤ワインで作る夏のスペインの飲み物、サングリア。赤ワインの代わりにカバ(スペインのシャンペン)で作るとさっぱりとした味になります。スイート抹茶を加えてほんのり甘い、和風極上サングリアに。



Ingredients: 

750 ml cava
80g Sweet Matcha
Fruits (orange, peach, pear)
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
cubes ice


Preparation: 

1. The cava must be in the refrigerator hours before.
2. We cut the peach, the pear and the orange. Pour lemon juice on top and chill in the freezer for 5 minutes.


3. Put Sweet Matcha in a bowl.


4. Dissolve Sweet Matcha with 100ml of cava.

5. In a jug, put the Matcha, ice cubes and the rest of the cava. Mix lightly with the long spoon.

6. Add the fruits and stir well.

7. Prepare glasses with ice.

8. Serve the sangria in glasses.
