We will close our Online Shop temporarily.

Dear customers,


Today we decided to close our Online Shop temporarily, in accordance with the recommendations of Spanish authorities.

Our main product, green tea, is a food, but it is a luxury food. It is not an essential food for human life. Therefore, we decided to stop voluntarily shipping of our products until 6th April. With this measure, we would like to contribute, modestly, to help food distributors continue their important work without saturating their capacity.

We hope the day will come soon when our customers can enjoy our tea without any restrictions.

At the moment, everybody is welcome to browse our Online Shop as a catalogue. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

この度の新型コロナウィルスによってお亡くなりになった方々のご冥福をお祈り申し上げますとともに、罹患された皆様に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。また、一日も早く流行が終息することを願っております。

本日、ざ・抹茶はうすでは、スペイン当局の勧告に従い、一時的にオンラインショップをクローズすることを決定しました。弊社の主力製品の緑茶は食料品ですが、緑茶はあくまでも嗜好品です。人が生きていくために最低限必須とする食品ではありません。 したがって、弊社のオンラインショップでは、自主的に4月6日まで出荷を停止することを決定いたしました。この措置により、食品物流業者がそのキャパシティを飽和させず、その重要な仕事を継続できるように、微力ながらも貢献したいと考えています。 

弊社のオンラインショップのページは引き続きカタログとしてお閲覧頂けますのでどうぞご利用くださいませ。今後も感染拡大の状況を踏まえて、逐次適切な対策に努めてまいります。お客様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒、ご理解いただきますようお願いいたします。
