We started Youtube🎥 !

These days many people encouraged us to share our Matcha recipes on YouTube and finally we started! Our first video is homemade Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream Recipe. This is one of our best Matcha recipes. We always try to share very simple but delicious recipes that we inspired from our life and experiences we had in Japan.

Sadly we cannot travel to Japan now due to coronavirus. If you miss Japanese Matcha Ice Cream, you can cook it at home by yourself!! It is very easy, just try it!!

Ingredients:
200ml of cream
50g + 30g of sugar
3 egg yolks *
10g of Matcha tea
3 soup spoons Hot Water
