Red Autumn of Japan

We are in November. We are enjoying the beautiful and tasty autumn in Spain. This year, chestnuts are abundant and are excellent quality. As we love chestnuts and we cook a lot with that, we are very happy. This year, people can get good quality chestnuts anywhere in Spain - that is fantastic! 

We miss a little bit Japanese automn these days... In autumn, people enjoy KOYO, the colourful leaves of autumn. Japanese KOYO is spectacular and it is worth seeing once in your life. The landscape that Japan offers during autumn season is breathtakingly beautiful, with the leaves turning red and gold. Specially, the red leaves of momiji are spectacular. 

We are happy to share some photos of the coloured leaves that one of our friends who lives in Japan sent to us. We hope that the Coronavirus crisis ends as soon as possible and that everyone can enjoy the beautiful nature of the world.
