Hello everyone, how are you?

Yesterday we were interviewed by Teve.cat on its program Sense Control.

The presenters were Elena Batista and Nacho Encinas. Both have a great sense of humor and we had a great time. We received a lot of questions about Matcha tea, how to drink Matcha, when to drink, what are the important properties and effects of Matcha...etc.

We also demonstrated a simplified Japanese tea ceremony called Bontemae, together with our professor Nuria Maeda.

We also did a tasting of our new product: Matcha Chocolate. We are very happy with their reaction!! Our Matcha chocolate will be available a the end of November 2021 in our online store.
