It is not easy to cook Matcha in Europe because it is difficult to find fresh Matcha powder at reasonable price and it is not easy to find recipes using material which you can find easily in Europe. We are trying to introduce easy recipes with Matcha utilizing European ingredients and recommendable Matcha powder. 3 Colors Chocolate Strawberries

Here is new recipe of strawberries with Matcha Chocolate!

10-20 fresh strawberries
75 ml of cream
150g of white chocolate
75g of dark chocolate
5g of Matcha (Daily Matcha or Cook Matcha)

Line a baking sheet or cookie pan with waxed paper. Wash the strawberries and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels; set aside. Make sure the strawberries are completely dry. Prepare 3 colours of chocholate to cover the strawberries:

1. Dark chocolate (75g dark chocolate+ 25ml cream)
2. White chocolate (75g white chocolate + 25ml cream)
3. Matcha chocolate (75g white chocolate + 25ml cream + 5g Matcha)

In the top of a double boiler over hot water, not boiling water don't let the bottom of the bowl touch the water, melt chocolate; add cream, stirring until smooth. Grasp the stem or green leaves of the strawberry and dip into the chocolate and swirl in chocolate to partially cover.

During the strawberries season, let's enjoy this delicious fruit with chocolates!!
