Located in an old house on the Catalan coast, flooded with the

Ruscalleda, the only woman in the world that has 5 stars in the Michelin Guide.
The restaurant offers creative, natural and modern dishes, largely made with ingredients from the region. It is also a cuisine naturally influenced by the Japanese culture and cuisine, which results in exquisite and amazing creations.
As an example of this link between Catalonia and Japan, the restaurant Sant Pau wants to give our Masters of Matcha section, this delicious dessert that simulates the roofs of the houses in Sant Pol de Mar, where the restaurant is located.
