Organic farming is based on the optimal use of natural resources, without using chemicals, thus preserving the fertility of the land, respecting the environment and preserving the health of farmers and consumers. Conventional farming, on the other hand, use chemicals (mostly pesticides to combat insect pests) which have a very negative effect for our body.
Organic products are natural, with no trace of toxic waste, are tastier and healthier than conventional food - all the nutrients remain intact - and also allow a better preservation.
