Matcha Orange

We were wondering if its okay to mix Matcha and orange juice. There exists "Matcha Orange" in Japan and in Europe but we were not willing to try it so far. But recently many people asked us if we had recipe for Matcha Orange and finally we decided to challenge this recipe. Surprisingly, Matcha is pretty adaptable to citrus and we should admit that it is a delicious drink and now we understand why this drink is accepted and loved in so many places of the world. From the point of view of health as well, we can say that this is a very healthy juice with full of vitamin C and antioxidants. Just try....you will like it!!

Ingredients:
2g of Matcha (one tea spoon)
10g of sugar
60ml hot water
4-5 ice cubics
100ml 100% orange juice
Preparation:
Put Matcha and sugar in a bowl. Add hot water and mix well. In a tall glass put ice cubics and add Matcha. Wait for 1 minute and add cold orange juice carefully and slowly.
