Baked Matcha Cheesecake
This is Japanese style cheesecake flavored with Japanese Green Tea Matcha. The slight bitterness of the Matcha is really delicious! This is a very easy recipe, we encourage you to try it yourself!
Ingredients:
(mold size: 24cm)
90g Butter
100g Cookies
260g Cream Cheese (we used Philadelphia)
2 eggs
200g Cream
90g White Sugar
35g Flour
30g Matcha
1. Pre-heat oven to 200º.
2. Coat the mold with butter.
3. Put the cookies in a plastic bag and we break them up.
4. In a bowl, combine cracker crumbs and melted butter .
5. Put 4. into the mold.
6. Heat the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
7. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and suggar.
8. Add one eggo and beat well.
9. Add another eggs and beat well.
10. Add flour and Matcha and mix well.
11. Add cream in three times and mix well.
12. Pour the dough into the mold.
13. Adjust the oven temperature to 175º and cook for about 25 minutes.
(if you cool the cake one night in the fridge, it will be more delicious!)
