Matcha Green Tea Lassi

Lassi is a popular, traditional yogurt-based dink from India and Pakistan. Lassis are enjoyed as a hot-weather refreshment in Japan too but Green Tea Lassi is quite new!  Here is a recipe for Matcha Lassi. You can add more or less yogurt or water for a thicker or thinner beverage. 


(for one person)
Yogurt (plain): 125g
Milk    :          100ml
SWEET MATCHA : 10g (3 tablespoons)

Lemon juice    1 teaspoon

*If you do not have SWEET MATCHA, you can use Matcha powder 2g and Sugar.

1. Put Sweet Matcha in a glass.
2. Add cold milk and beat well.
3. Add yogurt and beat well.
4. Add lemon juice and mix well.
