Matcha Crispy Chocolate with Genmai






























                                                                                                                                                                                                      
Do you like Kit Kat chocolates? If you like Matcha Green Tea Kit Kat, you will love this chocolate. You will be able to make it so easily! You will just need good quality Matcha and Iri-Genmai (roasted brown rice). We used several maker's white chocolate and the best one for us was Nestle white chocolate for cooking. No need to add cream.

Ingredients:

  1. 100 g White Chocolate (Nestle Postres)
    8 g Matcha powder (We used Cook Matcha of The Matcha House)
    1 pinch Salt
    25 g Iri-Genmai (We used Genmai of The Matcha House)


Preparation:

1. Heat white chocolate (previously cut) in the microwave.
2. Once the chocolate melts, add Matcha mix it well.
3. Add salt and mix it well.
4. In the silicone mold, extend Genmai.
5. Pour the chocolate into the mold.
6. Drop the mold on the table from 10 centimeters high a few times so that the surface is horizontally uniform.
7. Wait 10 minutes and cool it in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour.
8. Cut the chocolate into square pieces of 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm.
