The perfect foamy Matcha Latte






















The Matcha Latte is a surprisingly perfect marriage of green tea and foamed milk. You will need only 3 minutes to make this healthy drink. We think when it is lightly sweetened, it is really good.

Ingredients:
2g Matcha
20ml hot water 
140ml hot milk
(1 teaspoon of sugar, if you like sweetened)


1. Start with putting 1 teaspoon of Matcha into a tall cup. If you see clumps in Matcha, it is better to sift the powder. (Add sugar here, if you like sweetened).

2. The next step is to add 20ml of hot water (about 90ºC) into the Matcha. Beat well with a cappucchino maker until you achieve foamed Matcha.

3. Prepare 140ml of hot milk. Beat the milk with a cappuccino maker

4. Now you have foamed matcha and foamed milk separately.

5. Pour the steamed milk into your Matcha slowly.

6. You will start to see white circle in the middle. Then put the foamy milk bubbles on the top of the steamed milk. Your Matcha Latte is ready!
