White Chocolate Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
2g Matcha (we used Practice Matcha 30g)
150ml milk
15g white chocolate (Nestle para repostería)
4g white chocolate for decoration (Nestle para repostería)
(cappuccino maker)
Preparation:
1. In a small pot, put 15g of white chocolate and milk. Heat without letting it boil.
2. Add Matcha.
3. Beat the milk vigorously with a cappuccino maker for 50 seconds (we beat directly into the pot) until you achieve formed latte.
4. Pour the latte into the cup.
5. Decorate with sliced white chocolate.
