We are excited to share these photos of the organic field of Kagoshima, Japan, where the raw material for our SELECT MATCHA ECO is grown. In these images you can see how the tea shoots have grown up from end March to the beginning of April and the whole tea plantation's color changes. 2020 harvest will start soon! 

Our SELECT MATCHA ECO is the highest grade organic Matcha that we have ever had. Produced as Usucha grade Matcha for sipping, but you can use it as Koicha as well. This new product was born in great nature of Kagoshima, located in the Southern part of Kyushu, Japan. Misty climate, pure water, rich soil, clear air, severe summer and winter, these nature conditions and tea farmers efforts gave birth to this highest level Matcha tea. EU/JAS Organic Certified.

弊社の有機抹茶 SELECT MATCHA ECO が栽培されている鹿児島県霧島市の茶園風景です。3月後半の新芽が芽吹き始めたころから４月の上旬にかけて、新芽で茶園全体が明るい緑色に染まっていくのが分かります。もうすぐ茶摘みの時期を迎えます。
