X'MAS MATCHA ICHIGO SHORTCAKE

How's your X'mas going?  🎄🎄

We made this cake for this year's X'mas.

Ichigo Shortcake is typically made with a sponge cake that is split and filled with strawberries and sweetened whipped cream. "Ichigo" means strawberries. Probably it is the most loved cake in our country, Japan.  Usually without Matcha. But if you add Matcha to it, it will be more luxurious and more special.
