Matcha Hot Cake with raspberry jam

Haven't you ever cooked Matcha Green Tea for your weekend breakfast? When you see how simple it is to cook this healthy ingredient, you'll wonder why you never did it before. Just try!!

Ingredients:


150g flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar 

 a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon rum
1 cup milk (120ml)
2 teaspoons Matcha


Assorted toppings, such as honey, butter, maple syrup, sweetened whipped cream, or chocolate syrup, we strongly recommend raspberry jam!

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix all powders.
2. Add beaten egg, milk and rum and whist all together.

3. Let the pancake mix stand for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
4. Lightly grease the pan with oil.
5. It is recommended to cool down the pan slightly on wet cloth before cooking.
6. Cook large spoonfuls of batter until bubbles burst on the surface.
7. Turn and cook other side.

8. Assort toppings as you like!
